Meet Jurga - She will be joining us on the 17.09.2017 at our Retreat- Style Yoga Workshop at The University of Nottingham, entitled 'Stress-Less'. She will be working with aromatherapy oils to enhance your workshop experience.
Jurga works as a holistic health and fitness coach and is very passionate about empowering as many people as she can to embrace a more natural way of living and looking after their health. The words of the famous Jim Rohn – “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” - describe so well why it’s essential to prioritize our health above everything.
