Beverley developed equipped2succeed to bring together the Thinking - Attitudes - Behaviours that people need to become elite in their field, maintain balance and wellbeing. Compartments don’t work anymore and I focus on improvement that brings benefit in all areas of our life.
One element of Beverley’s equippeed2succeed Framework is improving our capacity to manage stress. During the Balance Your Being Yoga Workshop she will share personal experience and helpful insights, tools and tips to take away and use straight away.
