I need to write and explain the amazing way in which you have made me feel!
I was a yoga septic, and often thought its just a few stretches and anyone could do that, how wrong could I be. I recently started attending your yoga classes at work after our company invested in yoga classes for the staff. They are keen to promote staff well being and this is just one of the incentive they provide us with. I attended the first session with real trepidation I am after all one of those larger ladies with knee problems and a temperental back, you were amazing and so attentive to all the needs of the class, often giving us different position’s, stretches and pose to suit are individual needs and requirements, I left that first class energise and could not wait until the next session. I think everyone would benefit from a yoga session because not only does it stretch your body but your mind as well. I am now always so excited and cannot wait until my next session.!!!!
