Balance your Being Yoga is working with Fit in the Community and Nottingham City Homes to deliver yoga sessions throughout the Nottingham City Area.
Yoga is a great way to balance your being. Yoga can help you:
learn simple techniques that can be taken away the mat and out into daily life, helping you to deal with stressful situations.
