The face of yoga is changing: Stereotypically when most people think of yoga they imagine a room full of women performing relaxing 'stretches'.
During my time as a teacher i have witnessed many men embracing the practice and benefiting from the array of attributes the practice of yoga has to offer.
Yoga can be beneficial for everyone, even those competing at high levels in combat sports. A consistent daily practice can greatly contribute to a fighters physical abilities.
